BitTorrent has revealed that BTT tokens now staking on DLive has surpassed 20 billion dollars.
Only 212 billion BTT are currently in circulation. It represents just over 21% of the total 990 billion BTT produced to this point in time. The remaining 79 percent has already been made but has not been released to the general public.
A total of 212 billion is in circulation, with as much as 20 billion staked on DLive. This indicates that over 10% of all BTT tokens currently in circulation are in escrow on the DLive exchange.
Daily, DLive provides a quarter of all donations and subscriptions to users who have staked Bitcoin Tokens (BTT) in their accounts on the platform.
This attracts many investors who are choosing to stake their BTT on this platform in exchange for additional BTT tokens that award regularly.
Staking on DLive
It is pretty simple to place a bet on BTT on DLive. TronLink add-on can be a browser extension and used as a wallet to receive, store, and send BTT tokens. The platform also allows for the installation of other TronLink add-ons.
It is possible to send tokens from the TronLink staking service to the DLive platform through its user menu. It is accessible through the DLive platform.
When users earn incentives, they have the option to claim them at any time. They will receive the BTT tokens they requested in their TronLink wallet.
One of the most bizarre aspects of this situation is that this functionality only implemented on DLive at the end of April 2020, meaning that in less than three months, 10% of all BTT in circulation ended up being locked on this single platform.
The benefits are changeable. Because they are dependent on the platform’s income, which is not always consistent. But it is clear that many BTT token holders have decided to put their tokens to good use in this manner.
BTT Token
The BTT token made its debut on the market in February of last year, for 0.48 thousandths of a dollar at the time of launch.
Price increased rapidly, rising to 1.19 thousandths of a dollar in only a few days, only to rise again and achieve its all-time high on May 28th of that year, when it reached 1.82 thousandths of a dollar, the highest point in history.
But since then, the price has fallen, first to 0.27 thousandths of a cent in December 2019 and then to 0.15 cents following the financial markets’ collapse in mid-March 2020.
In the following months, it rebounded, first climbing to 0.34 thousandths of a dollar at the beginning of June and then rising to more than 0.45 in the last few days of June. Several factors have led to the latest surge, including the news of the 20 billion BTT in staking on DLive.
