Charles Hoskinson, the creator of Cardano, has previously spoken out about the African continent’s enormous potential for blockchain adoption.
He has stated several times that his business, IOG (previously IOHK), is working on a number of projects in Africa.
According to IOG’s Director of African Operations, John O’Connor, the projects were so large that even long-time Cardano supporters astonish. He stated that mass blockchain adoption in Africa was possible.
