The Kusama Kingdom, which is home to the well-known Kusama Kings, is welcoming a new addition to its ecosystem: a group of Queens.
Furthermore, the development team behind Kusama Kings, RD Studios, will release 110 Queens. It joins the Kings in the Great Hall and adds to the utility of its owners’ close-knit group.
Kusama Kingdom Queens
The Kusama Kings line, which debuted last fall on Kusama, Polkadot’s canary chain, has seen a surge in popularity in recent months. The quirky Kings have attracted a strong-minded collection of owners, each with their own set of characteristics.
On the other hand, KBL is a member of the Kusama Kings development team. He said he could never have predicted where the community’s beloved Kings would end up. What began as a small side project rapidly grew into something much larger. Kings now provide their owners with a level of utility that they would not have gotten from other non-fungible tokens.
RD Studios has announced that 110 Kusama Queens will be released to accompany the Kings in the Great Hall. This is to commemorate the Kusama Kingdom’s triumph.
They believe there is still room for The Great Hall to expand. In this way, they will only strengthen as a community by attracting more people.
With the addition of Queens, the 110-strong community of King owners will more than double in the coming months. The expansion, however, will be short-lived. Following the launch of the Queens, RD Studios made an announcement. The Kusama Kingdom community’s private server, the Great Hall, will be permanently shuttered, and no new collections will be allowed.
Queens Privileges
The Queens will have a rarity structure similar to the Kings, with 60 Limited, 25 Rare, 15 Ultra Rare, and 10 Legendary cards. They will be granted all of the King’s privileges, with the exception of dividends from the King’s bounty.
That isn’t to say that Queens won’t be valuable to their owners. Utility will be developed and added over time, according to RD Studios, which has a history of under-promising and over-delivering on all of its obligations.
They also stated that 5% of Queens sales will go to a charity dedicated to assisting women who are interested in entering the crypto field. Women in Crypto will collaborate with the team. It is a non-profit that promotes the advancement and collaboration of women in the cryptocurrency business.
The money will go towards a variety of causes and initiatives. This includes things like educational seminars, awards to budding female artists, and even devices that allow women to send remittances home.
The Queens, according to KBL, allowed the duo to have more fun with the Kusama Kingdom. They had always intended to expand the Kingdom beyond the collection of the primary kings. It wasn’t until lately, though, that they began work on their female counterparts.
Advantages of Holding a Queen
Users who have a Queen of each rarity can claim the corresponding Frog for their Queen. It is based on the tale of ten princes who were turned into frogs by a wicked witch.
The fun with Queens doesn’t end there: customers who have both a King and a Queen will be able to buy a wedding ring. Kings and Queens who are married will be able to have children. It’s a one-of-a-kind NFT that combines the traits of both the King and the Queen. The babies are set to be a highly prized item in the Kingdom, with only 50 wedding rings available.
Kingdom’s Goal
The Kingdom’s mission, according to KBL, is to provide real value to all of its stakeholders. Kings Bounty is already available to King owners. It is a risk-free quarterly dividend based on the council’s investments. Moonsama will be integrated with the Kusama Kingdom, providing all Kings and Queens access to the game.
Queens will also allow owners to engage in private transactions, which KBL predicts will grow in popularity in the coming years.
When it comes to the Kingdom’s future, KBL stated that the Queens will be the final collection in the Kusama Kingdom to obtain entrance to and use of The Great Hall. The duo will undoubtedly produce more volumes in the future, but they have yet to decide on their approach and release schedule.
