Real Bedford is the world’s first football team to accept bitcoin for all of its products and services. This will benefit them from a partnership with OpenNode, a payment processing company, according to a press release.
Payment Strategy
Real Bedford Football Club established a new payment processing method only a few weeks ago. Casa is an English football team. It deployed cold storage technology with multi-signature. Also, a self-custody earlier this month in order to safeguard their bitcoin hoard of over $1 million.
With the help of the OpenNode interface, Real Bedford Football club will accept bitcoin for the sale of game tickets.
